Chris just returned from four weeks…

of spending time with our daughter Tess, and her growing family on San Juan Island, Washington. In addition to welcoming our newest grand kiddo, a little boy named Julius Cosmo, Chris helped Tess, her husband Nic, and their daughter Jupiter travel around the islands checking on vineyards and orchards as the islands wake up for Spring. Tess and Nic just launched their first wine club sharing some of the wines they have been making over the past four seasons on the island, since they moved north from California in 2019.  Nic comes from a long line of winemakers and grew up locally in Sonoma. It’s been so exciting to watch his twenty years of Sonoma County winemaking experience be applied to farming and winemaking in such a beautiful, developing region. We’ve been sharing the wines with our friends and family enthusiastically and are happy they now can ship to most states!

You can read more about their winery here, which makes exclusively natural wines (wines makes from just fruit, never any additives including no yeasts or sulfites) from organically and regeneratively grown vineyards and orchards the two of them farm. And you can learn more about their wine club here which ships quarterly boxes of new cuvees, special bottlings, and library wines from their winery on San Juan.
